Order Processing Time:

  • It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
  • Generally, orders are shipped within 1-2 working days of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends might experience delay.
  • Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Sunday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

 

Shipping Cost & Transit Time:

Dispatch Time:

  • Standard Processing: Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours.
  • Exceptions: During peak periods or due to unforeseen high order volumes, dispatch might take up to 48 hours.

Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Dandenong South.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Major Urban Areas: Approximately 3-7 business days.
  • Remote Areas: Approximately 4-9 business days.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the products and the delivery postcode of the recipient. For an accurate shipping fee, please proceed to the check-out page, ensure the desired items and quantities are selected, and enter the delivery address. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before the final confirmation of the order.

 

Delivery Address:

  • A correct and complete delivery address is essential. Currently, we only ship orders to the

  • If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

 

Delivery Time Exceeded:

Due to covid-19, weather and holidays, international shipping may be delayed. If your order is delayed, please contact us by email (order@sedy.com.au), we will promptly verify the situation with the shipping company. Thank you for your understanding and support.

 

Order Cancellations:

  • We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
  • Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
