12-Month Manufacturer's Warranty

All items are backed by a 12-month Manufacturer's Warranty from the date of purchase. If there are any special conditions or exceptions, they will be detailed within the product listing.

Damages & Faults

Should your item suffer damage in transit or exhibit faults during the warranty period, we ask you to immediately inform us by emailing evidence of the problem, such as photographs or a video.

Inspection on Arrival

Upon receipt of your parcel, please inspect the contents thoroughly. We must be notified of any items that arrive dead on arrival (DOA) immediately. Please note, any damages identified post-delivery that are due to customer mishandling will not be covered under warranty.

Warranty on Replacements

Any replacement products issued will carry the same warranty duration as the original item, starting from the original purchase date. This ensures continuous coverage for your purchased product.

Order Processing Time:

How to return and get a refund/replacement?

Step 1: Please contact our SEDY customer service (Contact Us) and provide the reason and the necessary pictures or videos to verify your order issue.

Step 2: Our customer service team investigate and offer a solution based on our policy.

Step 3: Both parties reach an agreement on the solution, and our customer service team provide the return information (Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package.).

Step 4: Return the product (if required). When our warehouse receives the return, our customer service team will operate the refund/replacement. And you will receive the refund within 2-14 business days. The exact time depends on your card issuer.
